Return Policy

 

Return period:

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items.

The 14-day period starts on the day you, or a third party you named (excluding the carrier), received the last item in your order.

Needed Information to successfully register your return:

• Order Number 
• The email address used for the purchase
  

How does the return portal work?

1. Select the product you want to return
2. Choose exchange (DE & AT only) or refund

3. Which refund do you want? You can choose between:

• • Store credit (+10%)
    • The store credit will be issued to you immediately after the quality check of the items which can take 2–5 business days after receiving the parcel.
  • Shop Now 
    • You can use your credit to make a new purchase directly in the returns portal.
  • Cash refund
    • The cash refund is initiated after the quality check of the items, which takes 2–5 business days after we receive the parcel.
    • The money will be returned via the same payment method used at purchase, which may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Important Details:

• Original condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
• Reporting pre-existing defects: If the product already has a defect upon unpacking, you must report it in the return portal. Otherwise, we will assume during the quality check that the defect was not caused by us.
• Damages: Any damages noticed during the quality check that are not our responsibility may result in a deduction from the refunded amount. The deduction will be determined based on the degree of the defect.

Return form fees 

The cost of any issued return labels will be automatically deducted from your refund.

For all other countries, return labels cannot currently be issued. The return process remains the same, but the package must be sent to us independently.

If you return the package on your own, you are responsible for its safe delivery. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage during transit, and any claims must be handled directly with the carrier.

The entire returns process, particularly the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers, is governed by the provisions of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB), which implements the European Consumer Rights Directive.
