Strides JP GmbH uses AI-based tools in the operation of this online store. This notice sets out where and how, in line with the transparency requirements of Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), which has applied since 2 August 2026.

1. Images

Some images on this website — for example product presentations, models, backgrounds or campaign motifs — may have been created or edited in whole or in part using AI. This applies in particular to on-model and campaign photography. Persons and locations depicted in such images may not be real.

2. Texts

Some texts on this website — for example product and category descriptions, editorial content or newsletters — may have been created or revised with AI support. Contractual and legal texts, in particular the terms and conditions, the cancellation policy, the imprint and this notice, are drafted by us.

3. Translations

This online store is available in several languages. Translations may be produced or supported by automated systems. The English version is authoritative; in the event of any discrepancy between a translated page and the English version, the English version prevails.

4. Operational tools

We use software with AI functions for internal purposes such as sorting enquiries, preparing draft replies and analysis. Content published on this website is reviewed by a member of our team before publication.

5. Our products

Our products are real. They are designed, produced and inspected by us. We take care to present every product as realistically as possible in terms of fit, colour, material and quality. Decisive for your order are always the product description and the properties stated there.

6. General note on product presentation

As with any product photography, individual details — such as colour tones, surfaces or smaller elements — may deviate slightly from the actual product, depending on the lighting conditions during the shoot, the image processing and the settings of your screen. This applies irrespective of whether AI was involved.

7. Where we do not use AI

• Prices and shipping costs are set by us. They are not determined by AI on the basis of your person or your behaviour.
• We do not use AI to take automated decisions which produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
• We do not publish AI-generated reviews or testimonials.

8. Notices and your rights

Should you notice a deviation, we would be grateful for a message to support@strides-jp.com; we will correct it promptly. Should a product not meet your expectations, you may of course return it within the scope of your right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights remain unaffected in all cases.

This online store has been in operation since 2023. For content published before this notice took effect, we are unable to certify retroactively in every individual case whether AI was involved. If you have a specific question about an item of content, please contact us at the address stated above.
