Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items.
Important Details:

Refunds are usually issued within 2–5 business days after your return has been received and approved in our warehouse.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Please return items in original condition, with original packaging and accessories where possible.
Promotion Gifts
If you received a free gift due to a promotion (e.g., orders over €150 or €250):

If your return lowers the order value below the qualifying threshold, the gift must also be returned.

Alternatively, you can keep the gift and pay the discounted promotional price for it.
How to Return an Item

Pack your items securely, ideally in the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, use suitable protective packaging.

Do not return the package freight collect (unpaid shipping).

Refunds

We will refund all payments excluding delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

We may wait to refund you until we have received the returned goods.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as your original transaction.

You will not be charged any fees for the refund itself.
Return Deadline & Condition

You must return the goods within 14 days after informing us of the cancellation.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

You may be liable for any loss in value due to use beyond what's necessary to test the product.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The 14-day period starts on the day you, or a third party you named (excluding the carrier), received the last item in your order.
To cancel, please send us a clear written statement (via email or mail). You can use our "Cancellation Form" on the bottom of the page (optional, but recommended).
Note: You can only cancel an order before it is shipped within the first 24 hours after placing it. After that, standard return rights apply.
